Our cancelation policy: Cancellations less than 2 days before the appointment will be charge a cancellation fee up to 50% of the services scheduled. Meaning your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation 3+ days out will have their deposit refunded Clients are considered late after 7 minutes. If you are going to be late please contact us via text. Please make sure to confirm your appointment via text that our software sends out. No call no shows & same day cancels will be charged 100% of the service. You are considered a no call no show after 7 minutes have passed of your appointment. You will be banned from online booking after 1 no call no show. ‼️new clients please check your email & texts BEFORE your appointment! We will send a new client welcome email with important instructions & directions. Please respond // acknowledge our emails & texts for this otherwise you will have trouble finding our location ‼️ We know things happen and we try to accommodate! But our time is also how we make money to support ourselves. Please reach out to us ONLY via text or email if you have any issues with your scheduled appointment.
